In time for the screening tonight at Glasgow Film Festival, I had a chat with the filmmakers behind new documentary 'Making Montgomery Clift' for Little White Lies online. You can read it here.

BAFTA Fellowship Interview: 'Goodfellas' and 'Raging Bull' Editor Thelma Schoonmaker

I was thrilled to be able to have a chat with this year's BAFTA Fellow, editor Thelma Schoonmaker, for the BAFTA Awards Brochure. She has edited every one of Martin Scorsese's movies since Raging Bull, and her work to restore and share the legacy of her late husband Michael Powell's films is also remarkable. You can check out the interview here.

Film Comment: Jonas Akerlund's Lords of Chaos (Review)

For Film Comment's Jan/Feb issue, I wrote a 'short take' review of wild new film Lords of Chaos, the true story of the violent, maniacal Norwegian death metal bands Mayhem and Buzrum. The film was directed by Jonas Akerlund. Pick up the mag on US newsstands now or on the Film Comment website, here.

Sight & Sound Magazine: The Sopranos Sessions (Book Review)

For the latest issue of Sight & Sound Magazine, I wrote a review of new book The Sopranos Sessions, written by TV critics Matt Zoller Seitz and Alan Sepinwall. It's the 20th anniversary of The Sopranos' release, and I thought this was as close to a definitive book on the show as has ever existed. Find the mag on newsstands now or learn more here on the Sight &Sound website.
