Empire Magazine: 2021 Preview / Christos Nikou on his film Apples & a Preview for Upcoming Sly Stallone Movie Samaritan

 


For the new issue of Empire Magazine, on newsstands now or for order online here, I spoke with Greek filmmaker Christos Nikou on his upcoming film Apples, an eerie and darkly funny story about a global pandemic of amnesia. The film is great, and it's set for release early this year in the UK by Curzon Artificial Eye. 


I also spoke to filmmaker Julius Avery in a preview piece for Sly Stallone's new dark superhero movie, Samaritan.
